Essential maintenance is routine technical upkeep, not redesigns or content editing. Content changes, listing uploads, new pages and ongoing SEO are quoted separately. Monitoring does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Domain registration and renewal are separate.
Growth’s one defined page improvement can address copy clarity, search intent, headings, titles, meta descriptions, internal links, appropriate structured data or an identified technical issue. It is not an unlimited SEO campaign. New articles and new content pages are not included in Growth.
Growth profile support means checking information and making approved factual corrections, not regular posts, review responses, verification guarantees or reinstatement work.
Each standard plan covers one individual agent, one website, one primary market and one eligible Google Business Profile where applicable. Elite keeps one existing-page improvement and one profile check: neither is doubled.
Edit minutes cover small supplied photo, property status, biography, testimonial and contact changes. They exclude redesigns, integrations, new features, unlimited listings and extensive extra copy. Provider-scheduled SEO and included Elite content do not consume these minutes. Unused minutes expire each month and do not roll over.
Extra work requires a written quote and approval before billing. Response targets are initial responses, not guaranteed resolution times or 24-hour support. Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Mountain Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
